Ministry of Rural Development , Government of the India. Act 2005. Under the MGNREGS the rural people is getting the work for the 100 days.And the payment should be given as the same to the male and female. The people in the rural areas can ask the Field Assistant to enroll their names under this scheme. After enrolling their names job card should be issued with the name of the head of the family member.
Apart from the 365 days in the year they can ask for the work for 100 days. After submitting the application form with duly signed with Panchayat Secretary and given to the FA in the Village. With in the 15 days of the submitted application they should provide the work for the village people under the scheme. After the work every 15 days they should be paid their wages as equal to the people.
